This beetroot juice could help change a bad habit to a good one. How often have you sat down with a glass of red after a long hard day? Has it become a habit now? Have this in the wine glass instead. That feeling of holding a wine glass may help you to transition to a healthier way of life.

    Recipe Tips

It is messy peeling beetroot. Wear gloves, or rub a lemon over your hands when you are washing them afterwards.

Peel Ginger with the edge of a teaspoon. There's less waste.

Reduce the calories by trying it in a shot glass. You still get the benefits.

Can I drink beetroot juice every day?

If you are new to it, just have a small glass and see if your body is ok with it. In large quantities it may upset your stomach.
